Concierge
The Niseko Company is the premiere accommodation provider in Niseko with an extensive portfolio of the finest luxury chalets in the area. Our company prides itself on providing the highest level of service to our guests and owners alike. We are seeking bright & friendly staff to assist in this area for the approaching winter 2017/18 season.

Tasks
• Guest check in & check out procedures
• Answering office telephones
• Processing of payments via cash & credit card
• Keeping the office facilities clean and presentable
• Organization of guest optional services, such as but not limited to:
• Airport transfers
• Taxi services
• Lift tickets
• Ski/snowboard lessons
• Ski/snowboard rentals
• Back country tours
• Massage
• Onsen tours
• Restaurant recommendations & reservations

Working period
Mid November 2017 – Late March/early April 2018

Working hours
4-5days/week
Shift work (8am – 5pm or 11am – 8pm)

Wage
1,300 yen per hour

Requirements
• Mature, courteous, bright, friendly, eager to learn
• Hotel, travel industry, resort experience in customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of the area is a definite plus, but not a requirement
• Foreign applicants: Working Holiday Visa or other valid Japanese visa allowing work.
• Japanese applicants: Conversational level English is a must
• Bilingual Japanese/English applicants will be given preference
