This is a dynamic, hands-on position with varied responsibilities, balanced duties, and plenty of time spent outside and on the move. Duties include driving and logistics, assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, transporting guests, luggage, deliveries, and supplies, as well as helping with light maintenance, troubleshooting, and general operational tasks. Some duties also involve indoor administrative work, including updating information in our maintenance management system. The ideal candidate is a safe and confident winter driver who enjoys working with people, staying active, and having a different workday from one day to the next. Practical, hands-on skills and basic maintenance experience are a strong advantage.
Tasks
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Transport guests to and from ski slopes and other locations
• Transport and deliver guest luggage, supplies, and other items to and from chalets
• Provide general driving and logistical support to the Operations team
• Assist with light maintenance, troubleshooting, touch-ups, and general property upkeep
• Update and manage maintenance and operational information using the company's maintenance management system
• Assist with occasional ad-hoc tasks, errands, and other operational duties as required
• Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean, fuelled, and ready for use

November 2026 – early March 2027
Working hours
Generally 4–5 days per week, with 5 days per week typically required during the peak winter season.
Shifts generally run from approximately 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 11:00 am–8:00 pm, although working hours may occasionally vary depending on operational requirements.
Occasional early or late shifts may be required. Additional pay will be provided for shifts outside regular working hours where applicable.

1,600 yen per hour
Requirements
- Courteous, bright, friendly, and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Eager to learn and willing to assist with a variety of tasks
- Safe driving record and the ability and confidence to drive in winter conditions
- Valid home-country driver's license and a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the Geneva Convention of 1949.
- Valid Japanese driver’s license is a plus.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the Niseko area is a definite plus, but not required
- Practical, hands-on skills or basic maintenance experience are a strong advantage
- Comfortable using computers and learning digital systems
- Foreign applicants: Working Holiday Visa or other valid Japanese visa allowing employment.
- Japanese applicants: Conversational level English is required
- Bilingual Japanese/English applicants will be given preference
