Winter seasonal staff


We are seeking bright & friendly staff to join our team for the approaching winter 2022/23 season.

Guest Service Assistants

Tasks

  • Guest check in & check out procedures
  • Answering office telephones
  • Liaising with property owners and guests via email
  • Processing of payments
  • Keeping the office facilities clean and presentable
  • Organization of guest optional services
  • Occasional driving services

Working period

Late November 2022 – Late March/early April 2023

Working hours: 4-5days/week

Wage: 1,600 yen per hour

Requirements

  • Mature, courteous, bright, friendly, eager to learn
  • Hotel, travel industry, resort experience in customer service is preferred
  • Knowledge of the area is a definite plus, but not a requirement
  • Foreign applicants: Working Holiday Visa or other valid Japanese visa allowing work
  • Japanese applicants: Conversational level English is a must
  • Bilingual Japanese/English applicants will be given preference
  • Safe driving record and able to drive in winter conditions preferred
  • Valid Japanese driver’s license or a valid home country driver’s license + a valid International Driver’s Permit as per the Geneva Convention of 1949
