The Niseko Company is the premier luxury accommodation provider in Niseko, managing an exceptional portfolio of high-end chalets and residences. We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and service-minded individuals to join our Guest Services team for the 2026–27 winter season. What You'll Do

As part of our Guest Services team, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with guests and property owners via email
  • Arranging optional guest services and special requests
  • Answering office phone calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Greeting guests at check-in and sharing helpful information about local attractions, activities, dining, and services
  • Processing guest payments
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Employment Period

Mid-November 2026 – Early or Mid-March 2027

Working Schedule

  • Peak season: Typically 5 days per week
  • Non-peak season: 4 days per week subject to operational requirements
  • Shifts are generally 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break
  • Typical shift times are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, though schedules may vary depending on operational requirements.
     

Wage

1,600 yen per hour

We're seeking people who are:

  • Friendly, positive, and professional
  • Resourceful and proactive, with the initiative to research information and find solutions independently using online resources before seeking assistance
  • Courteous, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a busy customer-focused environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, tourism, or customer service
  • Knowledge of the Niseko area is an advantage, but not essential

Language & Visa Requirements

  • International applicants: Must hold a valid Japanese Working Holiday Visa or another visa that permits employment in Japan.
  • Japanese applicants: Conversational English is required.
  • Japanese–English bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply and will be given priority.
